About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to uphold its core value of Great People and play a pivotal role in the success of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing talent acquisition team, driving the efficient and high-quality hiring of team members across the company. This leadership position involves close collaboration with business leaders and the People Team to understand and plan for talent needs, as well as driving process excellence and operational efficiency. The Head of Talent Acquisition will be expected to use data and metrics to continuously improve hiring processes, develop strategies for internal recruiting, and lead talent branding initiatives across various sourcing channels. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving hiring at scale, particularly in high-demand technical areas, and be adept at using a data-driven and analytical approach. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships and influence across the organization. Success will be measured by KPIs such as time to fill, offer acceptance rate, and candidate experience, as well as the quality of talent hired and internal mobility and referral rates. The Head of Talent Acquisition will also be expected to challenge the status quo, propose new ideas, and lead the implementation of change, with a focus on creating a seamless and magical experience for both candidates and existing employees.
