About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP Revenue Analytics to provide executive oversight, strategic analytical insights, and leadership in various areas including revenue analytics, revenue cycle analytics, managed care analytics, and contractual maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing revenue streams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role demands a deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycles, data analytics, and financial performance metrics. The VP will also be involved in stakeholder engagement, education, and training, team development, and will be expected to have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Applicants for the VP Revenue Analytics role at the company must have a Master's degree in business, healthcare, finance, accounting, or a related field, with a preference for additional certifications such as HFMA, CFA, or CPA. A minimum of 7 years experience in the field is required, with 10 years preferred. The role involves collaborating with executive leadership to identify operational efficiencies, develop and implement revenue operational improvement plans, and provide executive oversight of pricing strategies. The VP will also be responsible for forecasting, and financial modeling, and will lead finance-related enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of healthcare revenue cycles, managed care contracting, and regulatory requirements, as well as the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
