Title: Sr SAP Security Specialist (TS clearance) KBR is seeking a highly motivated security professional to support physical and personnel security (PERSEC) in support of various United States Space Force Space Systems Command (USSF/SSC) initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience in planning, managing and executing physical/industrial and PERSEC programs for US Department of Defense and/or other US Government agencies. The candidate must be highly motivated, and able to perform tasks with minimal direction and supervision and be prepared to regularly brief customer leadership personnel. Duties: Process security clearances and accesses in accordance with government regulations, provides guidance on the completion of security paperwork, and tracks all clearance submissions both at the SCI and SAP level. Administer, execute, and ensure adherence to company and government regulations, policies and procedures regarding the protection of classified programs. Conduct collateral SCI and SAP security briefings/debriefings. Coordinate with management and government customers to obtain pertinent information when processing clearance requests for employees. Maintain security clearance records and metrics. Assist USSF and other government agencies in development of security documents, presentations, and other formal and non-formal communications. Support multi-discipline security assessments and inspections. Provide oversight and process execution in response to security infractions and incidents. Interface with leadership to brief status of personnel and operations. Support the PM and a team of security professionals supporting the customer in the areas of physical, personnel and cyber security. Minimum Qualifications: Must possess strong organizational skills, be detail oriented and possess the ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment. Must Possess effective interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts and work with other internal and external organizations. Executing responsibilities in team environment is essential. Comprehensive knowledge of DoD SAP Guidance, including DoDM 5205.07, Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705. Strong written and oral communication skills. Experience handling sensitive and classified information. Desired Qualifications: Experience with DISS and JADE databases. Basic familiarity with non-core security disciplines including cybersecurity. Required Clearance: Top Secret with SCI and SAP eligibility. CI Poly may be required. Basic Compensation: $110,000-125,000 USD Annual The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
