No problem We'll train you and help you acquire a security license to become a Security Officer with North America's largest professional security company.Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time, and must be able to work outdoors in the elements. Ideal candidates possess an active State Guard License, 20 Hour Training Certificate, and strong customer service skills. This position starts at $16.00 / Hour and is paid weekly Full time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance. As a Retail Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.Responsibilities:Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activitiesRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving mannerConduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed rolesPossess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experienceAs a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
