We are seeking a talented and hands-on Agile Delivery Manager to join our Technology teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing, building, and enhancing our agile policies, and overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple technology-driven projects. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and adherence to our incident management policies.

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions. Success in this role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of agile principles and best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promote and uphold Agile best practices, helping teams to continuously improve their processes and performance.
  • Address team dynamics and resolve conflicts, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Agile delivery.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring that they are aligned with project goals and working effectively together.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and escalate issues as needed.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
  • Contribute to the refinement and adherence of our incident management procedures by working closely with technical teams, customer support, and other stakeholders to ensure incidents are handled efficiently, with minimal impact on users.
  • Contribute to detailed release plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, operations, and product teams to ensure that all aspects of the release process are aligned and executed smoothly.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to release activities, escalating issues as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience leading Agile teams and delivering complex software projects on time and within scope.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
