**Shift and Pay**
+ 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm ($22/hr)
+ 3rd Shift, Monday-Thursday 6pm-4:30am ($23.50/hr)
+ Weekend Shift, Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm ($25/hr)
**Skills**
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Experience in a welding capacity (farming or manufacturing)
+ Proficiency in repair welding, not fabrication
+ Ability to set-up jigs and fixtures
+ Operational knowledge of special welding fixtures and mig welding
+ Experience with measuring tools to ensure quality standards
