Position Overview: We are hiring skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest standards. Candidates must have strong communication skills, as they will interact with clients and guests regularly. We offer flexible shift options, opportunities for overtime, and holiday pay. Work Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Shift options:
• 7am to 5pm
• 10am to 8pm
• 3pm to 1am

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to guest calls and maintenance requests in hotel rooms, kitchens, casinos, back-of-house areas, and public spaces.
• Address plumbing issues, including unclogging drains, repairing P-traps, and maintaining irrigation lines.
• Perform mechanical repairs on pumps, motors, and VFDs.
• Conduct drywall repairs, painting, touch-ups, and wallpaper work.
• Execute basic HVAC/R troubleshooting and repairs.
• Use a multimeter for electrical troubleshooting, including repairing and replacing ballasts, outlets, light fixtures, and switches.
• Understand and work with various voltage systems (120v, 208v, 277v, 480v).

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance roles, preferably in hotels or resorts.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in using a multimeter for electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with different voltage systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties using company-provided vehicles.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
