As a Premier HVAC Install apprentice, you can take care of our customers and their HVAC needs fairly and honestly.
Our most successful HVAC installers possess strong people, communication, and technical HVAC skills. To be successful in this role, you should have prior customer service and construction experience or knowledge which includes the following:
Our salary range is $20 to $23 an hour, and our top HVAC apprentices become lead installers in 6-12 months, earning well over $80,000 per year with commission and bonuses! We also offer health care for you and your family, dental and vision insurance, long and short-term disability, tuition assistance, and a 401K plan with a company match.
