Our client is a leading provider of innovative and high-quality surface solutions for industrial applications, renowned for our advanced technological expertise and commitment to excellence. Our client’s global presence spans multiple countries, including Switzerland, Germany, France, Portugal, China, and the USA.
Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to join our team in Earth City, MO. This key role will drive our sales strategy and growth within the defense sector.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: 80K - 90K/yr.
Bonus: 5% on gross profit

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential defense sector clients.
Develop and sustain long-term, strategic relationships with key customers.
Craft and execute strategic business plans to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Set and communicate sales targets, and ensure regular progress updates to C-level executives and production managers.
Conduct industry research to stay ahead of trends, competition, and supply-demand dynamics.
Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
Report directly to the CEO, providing detailed updates and insights to the management team.
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
Proven track record in a sales management role, particularly within the defense sector.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of the defense industry and its specific requirements.
